Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of electronic acceptance by and between Neff Paving ("Contractor") and the customer ("Customer").

1. Services

Contractor agrees to provide paving services as described in the estimate provided to Customer. The specific materials, area, and estimated costs are detailed in the attached estimate which forms part of this Agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Customer agrees to pay a deposit of 30% of the total estimate upon signing this Agreement. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the project. Payment can be made by credit card, check, or electronic transfer.

3. Scheduling

The project will be scheduled within 2-4 weeks of deposit receipt, weather permitting. Contractor will provide at least 48 hours notice before commencement of work.

4. Warranty

Contractor provides a 2-year warranty on workmanship for asphalt projects and a 5-year warranty for concrete projects. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage from external factors.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customer agrees to clear the work area of vehicles, furniture, and other obstructions prior to the scheduled work date. Customer is responsible for marking any underground utilities not visible to Contractor.

6. Limitation of Liability

Contractor's liability shall be limited to the cost of the services provided. Contractor shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

Project Summary:

By signing below, Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
